About HNR Acquisition Corp

HNR Acquisition Corp (“HNRA”) was formed in December 2020 and went public in February 2022. HNRA is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE American”) under the symbol “HNRA”. HNRA is an independent upstream energy company focused on maximizing total returns to its shareholders through the development of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the United States. Our long-term goal is to maximize total shareholder value from a diversified portfolio of long-life oil and natural gas properties built through acquisition and through selective development, production enhancement, and other exploitation efforts on its oil and natural gas properties.

Our first acquisition has been a waterflood project, includes 342 producing oil and gas wells, ~13,700 contiguous acres located on the Northwest Shelf of the Permian Basin in New Mexico.
